Your horses, your data

When you use Naasl we collect three kinds of information: account details (your name, contact, country), the horse records you enter (pedigrees, photos, notes), and basic usage data (which pages you open, which searches you run).

We do not collect more than this. There is no third-party advertising tracker on Naasl, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Account details let us sign you in and send you transactional messages — confirmations, security alerts, and the occasional product note.

Horse records power the tools you use: Rawee's stories, Hakem's analyses, your saved favorites. They live in your account and are visible only to you and people you invite.

Usage data helps us see which features matter and where the product struggles. It is aggregated and never tied back to your name in our analytics.

We use Naasl's pedigree records to improve our own models. We do not send them to external model providers for training. Rawee and Hakem make API calls to language models when you run a query, but the records themselves are not used to train those external systems.

If you would prefer your records be excluded from our internal training, write to us — we honor opt-outs without question.

We use a small number of cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in, a language preference cookie, and a privacy-respecting analytics cookie (Plausible) that does not track you across sites.

You can clear them at any time from your browser. The site will keep working without them — you'll just be signed out and shown English by default.

You can export everything you've put into Naasl as a single archive at any time, from your account settings.

You can ask us to delete your account, and we will — within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (billing receipts, mostly).

You can write to us with any question about your data and we will respond within five working days.
