Naasl is operated by Naasl Equine Technologies. When we say "we" or "Naasl" in these terms we mean that company. When we say "you" we mean the person or organization using the service.
By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your login secure. Tell us right away if it's compromised.
You must be at least 16 to use Naasl, or have a parent or guardian who agrees on your behalf.
One person, one account. Teams should use our institutional plan.
Pedigrees, photos, and notes you upload remain yours. You give us a limited license to display them in your account, generate AI outputs about them, and back them up — nothing else.
You confirm that anything you upload is yours to upload. Do not put copyrighted pedigree books, third-party studbook excerpts, or photos you don't own onto the platform.
Rawee tells stories and Hakem makes recommendations. Both are produced by language models that, like all such models, can be wrong. Treat them as research assistance, not authority.
For breeding decisions consult a veterinarian, a registered breed inspector, or your stud's records. Naasl is a tool, not a license to skip professional judgment.
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds within 14 days of first purchase, no questions asked. After that we handle issues case by case — write to us.
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms — uploading material the user does not own, abusing the AI for spam, attempting to disrupt service, or harassing others.
We will tell you why and give you a chance to respond before permanent termination, except in cases of obvious fraud or court order.
Naasl is provided as is. We can't guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI outputs, or that the service will fit a particular purpose.
Our liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. None of this affects rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai, unless local law gives you the right to bring them somewhere else.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance by email and a banner in the app. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect.
